I am requesting support for an issue I am having with my Simple wallet. I have been holding and staking CSPR from this Simple wallet since 2023. I want to transfer the CSPR tokens in this wallet to my Casper wallet, and am unable to. I can’t sign into my Simple wallet in CSPR live. I have attempted to unstaked 50 CSPR in my Simple wallet as a test to transfer them to my Casper wallet. The status of my unstake request in my Simple wallet says OK, but when I click on the link to CSPR.live CSPR live responds “Nothing was found”. I can provide screenshots from my Simple wallet to support this issue. Please provide any assistance possible to resolve this issue.

Are you saying Casper Signer when you mentioned Simple wallet?
If so the Casper Signer has been deprecated and you have to migrate to Casper Wallet.

Please note, you have to have the secret_key.pem saved from Casper Signer before.

No to your question regarding Casper Signer. The wallet app is Simplewallet. Here is a screenshot of my Simplewallet.
I opened this wallet in late 2022 to hold and stake Casper tokens.

One more thing.
I also have a Casper wallet that holds and stakes CSPR tokens. My intent is to unstake all of the CSPR tokens in my Simplewallet and send them to my Casper wallet.

From the chrome web store I saw the developer’s email support@simplewallet.one.

Earlier today, I was in a chat with someone claiming to be with Casper Support. I suspected that the person in the chat was a scammer. Here is a screenshot of an email that they sent me after I accused them of trying to scam me. I would like to know what you think.

If I can’t get Simple Wallet Support to respond to me, is there any way to retrieve my staked CSPR tokens from the staking platform via my Casper wallet?
I have my CSPR staked on PACE HODLING.
I have been searching the Internet for Simple Wallet and I can’t find much. I would hate to lose all of my CSPR in Simple Wallet.

I received an email response today from Sandeep at notifications@casper.discoursemail.com. He provided a ticket ID: WL240 and a Casper Help weblink. When I click on the weblink, I get a “This website might be harmful” response from metamask.github.io/phishing-warning. Do you know if Sandeep is a scammer?

Do you have secret_key.pem file? If so you can import it into the Casper Wallet.
Otherwise I am afraid there is no way to work on Casper Wallet.

notifications@casper.discoursemail.com has nothing to do with CA so I cannot determine if that is scammer or not.
I don’t know what secret_key.pem file is, so I guess that is not an option for me.
